Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead creative execution across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, brand understanding, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling creatives. You will work closely with marketing, content, and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from concept to final execution
- Create visuals for digital ads, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign creatives
- Review and improve designs created by junior designers
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience with branding, digital creatives, and print design
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts
- Ability to handle feedback and revise designs efficiently
- Strong communication and time-management skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Motion graphics or basic video editing knowledge
- UI/UX design experience
- Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
