Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead creative execution across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, brand understanding, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling creatives. You will work closely with marketing, content, and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead design projects from concept to final execution
2. Create visuals for digital ads, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials
3. Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
4. Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign creatives
5. Review and improve designs created by junior designers
6. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
7. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience with branding, digital creatives, and print design
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts
• Ability to handle feedback and revise designs efficiently
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Motion graphics or basic video editing knowledge
• UI/UX design experience
• Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
